Mobile Changing Station

Community Mobile Changing Station Program

The Clermont County Board of Developmental Disabilities has invested grant funding to purchase a trailer that has been retrofitted into a fully accessible Mobile Changing Station.

The trailer is equipped with an accessible changing table and is available for use at community events throughout the area. The Mobile Changing Station is designed to serve individuals of all ages.

Before submitting a request, please review the reservation calendar to confirm your preferred event dates are available.

Reservation Requirements

Complete a Reservation Form
Complete a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)
Email both forms along with a copy of your insurance policy
Submit all required documents at least 30 days prior to your event

Site Requirements

A minimum space of 20′ x 30′ for trailer access, gate clearance, and ramp setup
Access to 120v electricity to operate the trailer
