The Clermont County Board of Developmental Disabilities has invested money received from a grant to purchase a trailer that has been retrofitted to be a Mobile Changing Station.
This trailer is equipped with an accessible changing table that can be used for any event taking place in your neighborhood. This trailer serves ALL ages.
Check the calendar below to make sure your dates are available.
Gather the following forms and and submit them to James Taylor at jtaylor@clermontdd.org.
- Complete a Reservation Form.
- Complete a Memorandum of Understating.
- Email both forms AND a copy of your insurance policy to Mr. Taylor.
Please keep in mind you will need:
- at least 20′ x 30′ for this trailer, due to the gate and ramp.
- 120v electricity to operate the trailer.
