Many thanks to Amber Atkerson and Ellen Thompson, who represented Clermont DD at
the 2017 Synergy Conference in Columbus. The self advocates enjoyed meeting others from around the state, as well as attending sessions that included staying safe, adaptive technology, and recognizing scams.
Both self advocates are looking forward to heading up a group of individuals from Clermont DD to attend next year. Watch for more info from these amazing young adults!
